Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Pack the dashi broth, bamboo shoots and carrot into containers. Pack and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Bake the wontons according to packet directions. Cook the vermicelli noodles. Add the wontons to the soup. Also add the vermicelli noodles. Top with spring onions to serve.
