This cauliflower white sauce is a healthier alternative to the standard white sauce.

  1. Simmer ingredients 1-4 in a large pot for about 15 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool and then use a stick blender to get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add more water if required, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with 2 tbsp of flour if desired.
