Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Put the beef strips and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the onion and capsicum separately. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the marinated beef. Fry the onion in a wok. Add the beef and finally add the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish. Top with cashew nuts to serve.
