Servings 4 people Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Ingredients 1 portion chicken (diced)4 cup sauce, sweet & sour1 beans, green portion (cut)1 capsicum, red (cut)1 pineapple half (cut - pieces) Instructions ON COOKING DAY Put the chicken pieces and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the capsicum and pineapple. Label and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Defrost the marinated chicken. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish.
