This is a mix of cooked onion, garlic and stock that will go into many meals. Earlier versions of Starter and Veg Extras have the stock & Go Mix separate.

Cook Time 5 mins


  1. Pan fry the garlic for one minute. Add the onions and fry for 3-4 minutes until the water dissolves.
  2. Dilute the vegetable stock in a little hot water. Pour into the pan. Stir through and cook for one minute.
  3. Cool and pop into a container.
