Make fresh egg milk mix and combine with curry paste. Lay the pastry in a pie dish. Stretch the sheet to fit. Then layer the leek and carrot in. Pour over the egg curry mix. Top with any leftover cheese you may have. Cook for 30 mins or until cooked through.
