Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Reserve the sliced Kabana sausage portion in a ziplock bag. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost and fry the sliced kabana in a little oil. You can add onion and garlic if desired. After a few minutes, add the Singapore Noodles and soy sauce. Fold through the coleslaw mix. Cook until just crispy.
  2. You can top this dish with shredded lettuce (adults) or grated carrot (kids) for extra crunch. Add a dollop of natural yogurt if desired.
