ON COOKING DAY
Add the cooked meatballs to the containers. Top with the veggie mix and red sauce. Cool, label & freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
Get the spaghetti going. Defrost the meatballs in sauce and reheat in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Serve the meatballs on the spaghetti and top with parmesan to serve. Garnish if desired.
