This recipe relies on red sauce, stock GO Mix and veggie mix.

ON COOKING DAY
Combine the red sauce, stock GO Mix, pesto and veggie mix in a bowl. Store in a larger lunchbox style plastic container.
Stack in the freezer next to the ravioli (in its own packet).
ON THE NIGHT
Boil the tortellini according to packet directions. Drain.
Defrost and decant the red sauce mix into a bowl. Heat the sauce in the microwave for about 90 seconds.
Combine the sauce and ravioli. Sprinkle with parmesan to serve (if desired).
