Servings 4 people Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Ingredients 1 portion beef strips4 tbsp satay sauce (diluted with milk)1 capsicum, green (cut)2 carrots (grated)1 bean shoots (25g) Instructions ON COOKING DAY Put the beef strips and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the capsicum and carrots. Label and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Defrost the marinated beef. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish.Top with bean shoots to serve.
