Serve this rice and Naan bread with your main dish.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Bring the rice to the boil and then turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse and serve.
Just before serving your meal, cut the Naan bread into half pieces. Toast in the toaster on low.
