Serve this rice and Naan bread with your main dish.

  1. Bring the rice to the boil and then turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse and serve.
  2. Just before serving your meal, cut the Naan bread into half pieces. Toast in the toaster on low.
