This is a LITE alternative to the Chicken Lasagne.

Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Reserve the par cooked cubes in a ziplock bag. Also place the cooled chicken in a ziplock bag. Cool and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Pan fry the pumpkin and stock GO Mix until cooked. Add the chicken and heat through. Serve on salad leaves. Top with the yogurt. Season to serve.
