Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Blend up the peas with the stock and half the bacon. Divvy into containers. Reserve 250g grams (1 portion of the bacon is a snack bag.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. On the night reheat in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Also cook the bacon in the microwave for a minute or so until hot. Top the soup with the bacon. Serve with crispy garlic bread.
