ON COOKING DAY
  1. Put the pork pieces and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the beans and mushrooms. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the marinated pork. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish.
