ON COOKING DAY
Reserve some stock GO Mix and the mixed veg in two separate bags.
ON THE NIGHT
Defrost the stock GO Mix and veggie mix. Fry together in a pan. Cook until cooked through. Add the Singapore Noodles and soy sauce.
Note: You can top this dish with shredded lettuce (adults) or grated carrot (kids) for extra crunch. Also add a dollop of natural yogurt if desired.
