Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Lay out the defrosted pastry sheets. Combine the mushrooms, white sauce and corn bean mix. Spoon onto the strudels. Roll up each and brush with oil. Place in containers, label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost and bake for about 35 minutes until crispy. Serve with the suggested side dish.
