Servings 4 people Prep Time 5 mins Cook Time 15 mins Ingredients 1 mushrooms portion (200g)4 cup sauce, white (Vegan)1 cup veggie mix1 pasta, spaghetti 250g (cooked)2 tsp cheese, parmesan (vegan) Instructions ON COOKING DAY Combine the mushroom, white sauce and veggie mix in a bag. Stir with a fork. Pack and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Cook the spaghetti according to directions. Defrost and rehead the sauce (in a bowl) in the microwave. Serve together and top with parmesan to serve. Garnish if desired.
