Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Lay the crepes out. Divvy the mushrooms, corn bean mix and 2 cups of white sauce across each. Lay into containers and top with extra sauce and parmesan. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Bake in a moderate oven until cooked. Serve with the suggested side dish.
