Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Blend up the leeks, chicken stock and potatoes in a blender or food processor. Divvy into containers. Cool and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. On the night reheat in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
