Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Add the meatballs to containers. Top with the mixed veg and red sauce. Cool, label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the meatball soup and then reheat in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Serve as is.
