This is a cook fresh meal made from leftovers. Serve with a simple cabbage & carrot salad.

  1. Dip the rice paper in hot water on a plate.
  2. Roll up the veggies in the rice paper. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve the spring rolls with soy sauce and the suggested salad.
