Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Combine the soy sauce, fresh ginger pieces and mushrooms. Put the chicken pieces in a ziplock bag with the sauce. Also pack the carrots. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the marinated chicken. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish. Top with sesame seeds to serve.
