ON COOKING DAY
  1. Combine the broth, stock GO Mix and curry powder. Put in containers. Divvy the fish and spinach into the containers.
  2. Cool, pack and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the curry and decant into a bowl. Reheat the fish curry on high for about 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with the suggest side or base dish.
