ON COOKING DAY
  1. Put the fish pieces and sauce in a casserole container.. Also add the cabbage and carrot. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Bake or microwave until the fish cooks through (about 20 minutes). Serve with the suggested side dish.
