Course Dinners Cuisine French Servings 6 people Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Ingredients 1 egg and milk mix2 cubes frozen spinach1 cup veggie mix1 cup cheese, (grated) Instructions ON COOKING DAY Line a pie dish or greased container with pastry. Add the Veggie Mix and spinach. Pour over the egg and milk mix. Top with lite tasty cheese. Cover with baking paper and wrap in cling wrap and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Remove the wrap. Cook the quiche in the oven for about 30 mins (thawed) or 40-50 mins (frozen). Serve with the suggest salad (adults). The kids are good to go since the veggies are in the dish.
