Servings 6 people Ingredients 2 potatoes (boiled)2 carrots (cut & steamed)1 beans, green portion (cut) cooked2 cups veggie mix8 cups liquid stock Instructions ON COOKING DAY Combine all the ingredients and boil until the veggies are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add extra salt or stock to taste. Divvy into containers. Cool and freeze. ON THE NIGHT On the night reheat in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Serve with crispy garlic bread.
