Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Steam the carrots covered in the microwave in a little water for about 4 minutes. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Then combine all the ingredients, including the carrots in a large jug. Cool.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Pour the soup into 2 containers - serves 2. Serve with the suggested bread.
