Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Pack the dashi broth, bamboo shoots and carrot into containers. Pack and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Steam the dumplings according to packet directions. Cook the vermicelli noodles. Pan fry the cabbage and carrot. Add the vermicelli noodles and some soy sauce to make a warm salad. Top with extra cabbage serve.
