Servings 4 people Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Ingredients 1 portion chicken (diced)4 tbsp sauce, Teriyaki (diluted)1 beans, green portion (cut)1/4 cabbage (shredded)2 tsp sesame seeds Instructions ON COOKING DAY Put the chicken pieces and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the beans and cabbage. Label and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Defrost the marinated chicken. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish.Top with sesame seeds to serve.
