Instructions

ON COOKING DAY
  1. Put the chicken pieces and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the beans and cabbage. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost the marinated chicken. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish.Top with sesame seeds to serve.
