This meal is cook fresh. There’s nothing to do on cooking day. Serve this meal with straight cut chips.

  1. Defrost the chicken in the microwave. Marinate in soy sauce with a little honey if desired.
  2. Lay the chicken pieces on a tray. Then place the chips on a second tray.
  3. Put the chicken in first and cook for about 40 mins. Pop the chips in for about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken with any condiments or leftovers you have at home such as gravy or tomato sauce. Serve with the chips.
