ON COOKING DAY
  1. Combine the veggie mix, brown rice and Stock GO Mix in the container. Mix with a fork. Add the beans. Pack and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost and heat in the oven for about Season. Fold through salad leaves to serve (if desired).
