ON COOKING DAY
  1. Add some milk to the curry sauce to stretch it out. Divvy the caulilfower, curry sauce, veggie mix and coriander into containers. Label and freeze.
ON THE NIGHT
  1. Defrost and reheat in the mirowave for about 5 minutes. Serve with the suggested thick toast.
