Cashew Chicken Rice A traditional and loved-by-all black bean favourite. Servings 4 people Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Ingredients 1 portion chicken (diced)4 tbsp sauce, oyster (diluted)1/2 broccoli head (cut)1 capsicum, red (sliced)12 cashews Instructions ON COOKING DAY Put the chicken pieces and sauce in a ziplock bag. Also pack the capsicum. Label and freeze. ON THE NIGHT Defrost the marinated chicken. Fry in a wok with the veg. Serve on the suggested base dish. Top with cashews to serve.
