I use lettuce and cabbage to pop on top of reheated meals. This is a lovely addition to many meals and is a great way to make freezer meals feel fresh and ‘made that night.’ If you have a herb garden – of course, chop and add your favourite fresh herbs to meals. Also feel free to purchase them during grocery shopping. Diced tomato is also a lovely topper on many meals. Buy extra tomatoes or a bulk 1kg bag with your shop if desired.
Salt and Pepper – Keep a pepper grinder handy. Season meals according to tastes.
