Because this is a bulk cooking system it is difficult to write recipes for readers who may wish to cook just that recipe on the night. For this purpose, I often include short instructions next to ingredients such as (grate) or (boil). If you are bulk cooking (on one day) it is likely you have already grated or boiled these ingredients. Read these notes anyway – as some will be a new instruction.
