Container ratios explained

1: 6 = 1 container: serves 6 (likely a dish for a large pie or lasagne
1: 4 = 1 container: serves 4. (likely mince for tacos for example)
2:2 means = 2 x containers: serves 2. (I use those for my kids when they sometimes eat before us adults.)
Note: You don’t have to follow any of these to a T. This is just how I do it. It depends what your situation is and what containers you have on hand.

The following example would be: 1:1  – 1 container serves 1
